AN AMAZING HISTORY

Ernest Green opened his first butcher’s shop in WA back in 1919. Locals loved it for its delicious meat and Ernest’s practical way of helping to put good food on the table – affordable prices, clever cuts, great recipe ideas – all served with a friendly smile.

A sixth generation WA farming family, we have a long history in this region. It’s given us a great love and respect for our region and the uniquely beautiful and unspoilt environment where cattle & sheep are raised.
